WEB DESIGN · WESTCHESTER, NY & NYC

Small business website design in Westchester & NYC: real examples.

Seven websites we built, each connected to booking, payments, a CRM or Slack. Customer details are blurred; the live ones you can open and try.

What comes with a small business website from RNA?

A website designed for your business, connected to the software that runs it: online booking and payments, a CRM with every customer in one place, text and email reminders, and a Slack assistant. One customer action updates every system, so nobody re-types it.

Seven small business websites we built

Back-office front door with three choices: Contacts, Interpreters and Invoices
The front door we built: one screen, three doors. Contacts, the interpreter directory, and invoicing.
An interpreter-booking email drafted by the Slack email assistant
A draft from the Slack email assistant, in the agency’s house style. It waits for a person to tap Approve. (Sample recipient.)
Interpreting agency marketing website with its accessibility panel open
The marketing website, with its accessibility panel open: text size, high contrast, reduced motion.

Interpreting agency · New York City

An interpreter directory, invoicing and a CRM, with an email assistant in Slack.

Now it runs on one platform: interpreters onboard themselves into a directory, invoices go out from the same system that holds every client, and a Slack assistant drafts the emails.

Delivered 2026Integrated with Slack

What we built

  • Interpreter directory with a 7-step self-onboarding form and bulk invites
  • Invoicing engine with branded PDF invoices, review before send, and shareable invoice links
  • Contact CRM built from the invoicing app's clients and contacts
  • Marketing website with a built-in accessibility panel: text size, high contrast and reduced motion
  • Slack email assistant that drafts in the agency's voice and sends from its own mailbox once approved

How it connects

  1. An interpreter finishes onboarding and the admin is notified automatically.
  2. Invoices are created against the same client records the CRM uses, so there is one list of clients, not three.
  3. Ask the Slack assistant to email someone and it looks them up in the CRM. If they're new, one tap adds them and the draft runs again.
  4. Nothing goes out until a person taps Approve, and the owner is copied on every send.

Stillroom website homepage
The website. Its sign-up form creates the member in the CRM.
Stillroom CRM member pipeline with personal details blurred
The member pipeline, from inquiry to member. Names, emails and phones blurred.

Stillroom · Focus lounge · Irvington, NY

Seat booking, a member CRM and prepaid hours that pay and book in one step.

Members pick a specific seat on the floor plan and pay with prepaid hours. Sign-ups, payments, bookings and follow-ups run on their own; the owner gets alerts and a weekly report.

Live · taking paymentsIntegrated with Slack

What we built

  • Marketing website whose sign-up form creates the member account
  • Member CRM with a pipeline from inquiry to member and a notes timeline
  • Seat booking on a floor plan so two people can never book the same seat
  • Abandoned-booking recovery, guest passes, a Monday owner report and a Slack email assistant

How it connects

  1. A visitor signs up on the website and lands in the CRM and the member portal in the same step.
  2. A payment credits their hours and books the held seat immediately, with a confirmation email.
  3. If a held seat isn't paid, reminders go out at 15 minutes and 24 hours, then the owner is alerted.
  4. Every Monday the owner gets one report of what happened that week.
4Sons Cleaning website homepage
The website.
4Sons Cleaning online booking page, step one
The booking page. Each booking creates the customer and the job in the owner’s dashboard.

4Sons Cleaning · Revere, MA

A booking website, an owner dashboard and a job board that texts cleaners.

Now a booking on the website becomes a customer record, a job, and a text offer to the cleaners on shift, in English or Spanish.

Live

What we built

  • Website and booking page with residential and commercial tracks, a card deposit and promo codes
  • Owner dashboard / CRM with leads and ready-to-send outreach templates
  • Job board with SMS dispatch to cleaners in English and Spanish
  • Google Business Profile management and verified domain email

How it connects

  1. A customer books online and the appointment and customer record are created in the dashboard.
  2. The customer gets a confirmation email and the owner gets a notice.
  3. The job is texted to cleaners on shift. They reply YES or NO; after 30 minutes with no answer it moves to the next cleaner.
  4. A YES moves the job to Confirmed and texts the customer.
Rooted Kids website homepage
The website we designed and built.
Rooted Kids method section with the Sprout mascot characters
The brand we created, including the Sprout mascots that walk families through the method.

Rooted Kids · Children's program · Irvington, NY

Brand, mascots and marketing, plus the website, family CRM and booking behind them.

A new early-childhood program needed a brand families would remember and a system that kept track of every family who reached out. We created both, so every inquiry lands in one place.

Built 2026Integrated with Slack

What we built

  • Brand identity with logo, the Sprout mascot characters, print one-pager and cards
  • Website and waitlist
  • Family CRM with a pipeline from inquiry to enrolled
  • Booking page with text-message consent built in
  • Text confirmations and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before
  • Slack email assistant and a branded content studio

How it connects

  1. A parent joins the waitlist and a family record is created in the CRM automatically.
  2. A booking writes the appointment, emails the owners and posts to their Slack.
  3. The family gets a text confirmation, then reminders the day before and the hour before.
The Children’s Club daycare website homepage
The website, with enrollment one tap away.

The Children’s Club · Daycare · Yonkers, NY

A website whose enrollment form feeds the daycare's enrollment system.

Parents find the daycare, read what matters to them, and start enrollment in one place. The form goes straight into the system the daycare uses to manage enrollment.

Live

What we built

  • Website
  • Enrollment form connected to the daycare's enrollment platform
  • Business email on the daycare's own domain

How it connects

  1. A parent fills out the enrollment form on the website.
  2. It arrives in the enrollment system ready to review, with no re-typing.

BNI Manhattan Chapter 31 · Networking group · New York City

A Hall of Fame website and member directory that sends guests straight to each business.

Members meet every Thursday to send each other business. The site presents them like award winners, one category at a time, so a guest arrives already knowing who is in the room.

Live

What we built

  • Hall of Fame website with members grouped into award categories
  • Member directory that works like a link hub: one card per member, linking to their business
  • Member update page so each member keeps their own profile current
  • Visit-a-meeting invitation for guests

How it connects

  1. Each member gets their own update link.
  2. What they change shows up on their profile on the site.
  3. Guests browse the directory, click through to a member’s business, or ask to visit a meeting.
Butter & Bark bakery website homepage
The website.
Butter & Bark custom order form
The custom-order form. Each request lands in the owner’s order sheet.

Butter & Bark · Bakery · New York

A website with order and custom-request forms that land in one order sheet.

Now every order and custom request lands in one sheet the owner already knows how to use.

Live

What we built

  • Website set up to be found on Google
  • Order and custom-order forms
  • Business email and brand assets

How it connects

  1. A customer orders on the website.
  2. The order is written to the right tab (Orders or Custom Inquiries) in the owner's sheet.

What every build has in common.

One system, not five tools

The website, CRM, booking and notifications share the same records. A customer does one thing and every connected part updates.

A person approves what goes out

Assistants draft. Someone on your team decides. Outbound email waits for a tap.

Built around your day

We start from how the work happens today and connect the tools you already use before adding anything new.

Small business website questions

What should a small business website include?

A clear page for each service you offer, your hours and location, reviews, and one obvious next step: book, call or request a quote. The best ones also connect to the tools behind them, so a booking or inquiry lands in your CRM and calendar automatically.

Can my website take bookings and payments?

Yes. Several sites on this page take bookings online, and some collect a deposit or a prepaid package at checkout. The booking creates the customer record and sends the confirmation by email or text.

What is a website and CRM in one?

Your website and your customer list share the same records. When someone books, signs up or asks a question on the site, they appear in your CRM with their history, so nobody copies details from the inbox into a spreadsheet.

Can you connect my website to Slack?

Yes. New bookings and inquiries can post to your Slack, and an email assistant can draft replies there in your voice. Nothing is sent until a person on your team approves it.

How much does a small business website cost?

It depends on what the site connects to: booking, payments, a CRM, text reminders or Slack. Book a free 30-minute review and we will walk through what you need and scope it with you.
