1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how RNA Executive Solutions LLC ("RNA," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rnaexecutivesolutions.com or contact us through it. RNA Executive Solutions LLC provides business consulting services — including AI automation, custom software, and operations systems — to business operators.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact and booking information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you submit through our consultation booking, strategy-call application, or report request forms.
- Correspondence: the contents of emails you send to us.
- Usage data: basic website analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type) used to understand how the site is used.
- Advertising measurement: on our Back Office OS pages and our booking page we use the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which page you visited, the campaign tags in the link you followed, and whether a consultation was booked, so we can measure and improve our ads. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or form answers to Meta. The pixel does not load if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or if you turn analytics off using the link at the bottom of our Back Office OS pages.
- ChatGPT advertising measurement: these same pages also send OpenAI page-view and confirmed-appointment events, a random event identifier, and the OpenAI ad-click identifier when one is available. Requests include the site origin and standard connection information such as IP address and browser details. We retain the ad-click identifier in this browser for up to 30 days. This integration does not send your name, email address, phone number, form answers, or calendar booking identifier to OpenAI and does not use automatic contact matching. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, and the same analytics opt-out prevent these requests and clear the stored OpenAI click identifier when you opt out.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations you request.
- To prepare and deliver materials you ask for (such as a requested report).
- To provide consulting services under an agreed engagement.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Meta's use of pixel data may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws; we honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of it.
4. Communications
If you provide a phone number or email address in a form, we may contact you about your inquiry or scheduled appointment. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails via the method described in the email or by contacting us.
5. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this website and respond to you — such as website hosting, scheduling, and email delivery providers — and where required by law. These providers process information on our behalf for service delivery only. Advertising measurement is an exception: OpenAI receives the limited ChatGPT advertising information described in Section 2, and Meta Platforms receives the limited information described in Section 2. Meta uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, along with your IP address and browser details, and may use it under its own terms to deliver, measure, and target ads. You can opt out through your Meta ad preferences or at optout.aboutads.info. We never share phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, or meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
