Who this is for
This page is for owners in Westchester County and New York City who still handle bookings by hand. If you want an online booking system for your small business, or a booking page for your website that does more than send you an email, it's for you. That usually looks like:
- reading every booking request and copying it into the calendar
- re-typing the customer's details into a spreadsheet or CRM
- writing the confirmation yourself, then remembering the reminder
- finding out about a new booking late, because it landed in the wrong inbox
None of these is hard. Together they keep you on the job after the workday should be over.
What you get
- A booking page built for your business. It runs on your website and fits how you actually sell: separate tracks for different kinds of jobs, a specific seat or slot, or a request that needs a quote first.
- The customer record, created at booking. The appointment and the customer land in your dashboard or CRM in the same step.
- Confirmations and reminders. Sent by email, or by text when the customer opts in, on the schedule you choose.
- Payment at checkout, where it fits. A card deposit, promo codes or prepaid hours, set up the way you decide.
- Alerts to the right person. A new booking reaches whoever handles it, by email or in your Slack.
How it connects
A booking is the first step, not the last. On the builds we've delivered it works like this:
- Booking: a customer books on your website.
- CRM: the appointment and the customer record are created right away, with no copying from the inbox. See CRM setup.
- Reminders: a confirmation goes out, then reminders before the visit. Texts only go out with the customer's consent.
- Payments: if the booking takes a deposit or prepaid hours, the payment and the booking happen together.
The website, the CRM, booking and notifications all use the same records. Read more about the relay work behind it on back-office automation.
Examples from our work
These are real builds we made. Screenshots and live links are on our work page.
- Stillroom, a focus lounge in Irvington, NY. Members pick a specific seat on a floor plan, so two people can never book the same seat. Prepaid hours pay and book in one step. If a held seat isn't paid, reminders go out at 15 minutes and 24 hours, and then the owner is alerted.
- Rooted Kids, a children's program in Irvington, NY. The booking page has text-message consent built in. A booking writes the appointment, emails the owners and posts to their Slack. The family gets a text confirmation, then reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.
- 4Sons Cleaning in Revere, MA. The booking page has residential and commercial tracks, a card deposit and promo codes. Each booking creates the customer and the job in the owner's dashboard. The job is then texted to the cleaners on shift, in English or Spanish.
What we don't do
- We don't rebuild your whole website to add booking. We start with the setup you have, and any change is scoped with you.
- We don't promise that every tool connects. We check your calendar, website and channels first, and tell you plainly what works.
- We don't text your customers without their consent. Email and text are separate choices, and texting needs the customer's opt-in.
- We don't set your prices, deposits or cancellation policy. You decide them and we build around your decisions. Payment authorizations and consent wording need your sign-off and your attorney's review.
- We don't promise results or timelines. We set it up, test it with you, and the next step is your call.
How it starts
- A free 30-minute review. It's a Zoom call with Romeo. Walk us through how a booking reaches you today, from first contact to the visit.
- A written scope, if it's a fit. Connections, payments and who approves what are agreed before anything is built. Setup is quoted for your business; we don't use a rate card.
- We build it, test it with you, then go live. No customer sees the booking page until you've seen it and approved it.

Can you add a booking page to the website I already have?
Usually that's where we start. We check what your current site, calendar and payment tools support before agreeing on anything, and we tell you plainly what connects. If something has to change, it's scoped with you first. We don't replace your tools by default.
How do you stop two customers from booking the same time?
The booking should write to the same schedule your team works from, not a separate copy you reconcile by hand, because separate copies are how double-bookings happen. At Stillroom, members pick a specific seat on a floor plan, and the system won't let two people book the same seat.
Will the booking page text my customers?
Only if they opt in. Email and text are separate choices. On the Rooted Kids booking page, text consent is built into the form, and families who agree get a text confirmation plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. Customers who don't opt in still get the confirmation by email.
What happens when someone starts a booking but doesn't finish?
You decide. At Stillroom, a seat a member holds but hasn't paid for triggers reminders at 15 minutes and 24 hours, and then the owner is alerted. Your version is agreed in the written scope, so nothing chases a customer unless you've approved it.
Do my customers need Slack?
No. Customers only see your website and the messages you send them. Slack is optional and only for your team. On the builds we've delivered, new bookings reach the owner by email, and on some also in Slack.
