Who we work with
We work with service businesses: dental offices, med spas, salons, wellness studios, childcare and kids' programs, coworking spaces and studios, cleaning and home services, food businesses, agencies and professional services, and networking groups. They all run on the same handoffs: a booking, a customer record, a reminder, a follow-up. The use cases below are only builds we've made, with the business and town named. If your industry isn't one of them, the same handoffs still apply.
Childcare & daycare · Yonkers
A daycare needs parents to find it, read what matters to them, and start enrollment without anyone re-typing the form. For The Children's Club in Yonkers, NY, we built a website whose enrollment form goes straight into the enrollment platform the daycare already uses. We also set up business email on the daycare's own domain.
Kids' programs & enrichment · Irvington
A program for young children needs a brand families remember and one place where every family who reaches out is tracked. For Rooted Kids in Irvington, NY, we created the brand (including the Sprout mascots), the website and waitlist, and a family CRM with a pipeline from inquiry to enrolled. Bookings have text-message consent built in, and families who opt in get a confirmation plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.
Coworking & focus spaces · Irvington
A space that sells seats or hours has to stop two people from booking the same seat, and has to connect each payment to its booking. For Stillroom, a focus lounge in Irvington, NY, members pick a specific seat on a floor plan and pay with prepaid hours, and the payment and the booking happen in one step. The website sign-up creates the member in the CRM, an unpaid held seat gets reminders at 15 minutes and 24 hours, and then the owner is alerted.
Agencies & professional services · NYC
An agency often keeps one client list for invoices and another for everything else, and writes the same emails over and over. For an interpreting agency in New York City, we built an interpreter directory with self-onboarding, an invoicing engine and a contact CRM that all use the same client records. A Slack assistant drafts emails in the agency's voice, and nothing goes out until a person taps Approve.
Networking groups · NYC
A networking group wants guests to arrive already knowing who is in the room, and to reach each member's business in one click. For BNI Manhattan Chapter 31 in New York City, we built a Hall of Fame website that groups members into award categories, plus a member directory that works like a link hub. Each member keeps their own profile current through an update link, and guests can ask to visit a meeting.
Food & bakeries · New York
A bakery takes orders and custom requests from several places, and they need to land somewhere the owner already checks. For Butter & Bark in New York, we built a website with order and custom-order forms. Every request goes to the right tab (Orders or Custom Inquiries) of the order sheet the owner already knew how to use.
Wellness & aesthetics studios · Englewood, NJ
A solo aesthetics and wellness studio has to take bookings for several treatments without the owner answering every message. For Ancora Body, a wellness and aesthetics studio in Englewood, NJ, we created the name, the website, an online booking system and an owner dashboard. The studio now operates under a different name; Ancora Body is shown here as past work.
Cleaning & home services · Revere, MA
A cleaning company has to turn a booking into a customer, a job and a cleaner who accepts it. For 4Sons Cleaning in Revere, MA, in Greater Boston, each online booking creates the customer and the job in the owner's dashboard. The job is then texted to the cleaners on shift in English or Spanish.
Your industry isn't listed?
Dentists, med spas, salons, wellness studios and home-service businesses all run on the same four handoffs: a booking, a customer record, a reminder and a follow-up. We start with the tools you already use. We check what your booking system, inbox and channels support before agreeing on anything, and we tell you plainly what connects.

Do you only work with one industry?
No. We work with service businesses of all kinds. Our builds so far are for a daycare, a children's program, a focus lounge, an interpreting agency, a networking group, a bakery, a wellness studio and a cleaning company. What matters is whether your repetitive work runs through tools we can connect.
Have you worked with a business like mine?
Check the use cases on this page. Each one names a real business and its town. If yours isn't listed, the handoffs are usually the same: a booking, a customer record, a reminder and a follow-up. We'll tell you plainly in the first review whether what you use today can be connected.
Do you work outside Westchester and NYC?
Yes. We serve Westchester County and New York City, and we have built for businesses in Englewood, New Jersey and Revere, Massachusetts. The first review is a Zoom call, so you don't need to be local to start.
Do I have to switch to new software to work with you?
Not by default. We start with what you already use. For Butter & Bark, every order lands in the sheet the owner already used. For The Children's Club, the enrollment form feeds the platform the daycare already runs.
What does a use case on this page include?
The business, its town, the handoff it had trouble with, what we built and how the parts connect. Screenshots, with customer details blurred, and live links are on our work page.
