Revenue attribution for medspas in Westchester & NYC

You can see clicks, form fills and appointments on the calendar. Attribution connects them, so you can see which lead turned into a consult, which consult turned into a treatment, and where revenue slipped away in between.

Who this is for

Today, our attribution work is built for founder-led medspas in Westchester County and New York City. The typical fit:

  • revenue roughly $500K–$3M
  • leads coming in from several places, such as ads, the website, referrals, text and DMs
  • follow-up spread across tools that don't talk to each other

If you run a different kind of business and have the same blind spot, start with the free workflow review. We'll tell you plainly whether this work fits you.

What attribution means here

Attribution is a record of each lead's path, kept across every tool it passes through. For each lead it records:

  • where the lead came from
  • how quickly someone contacted them
  • whether they booked
  • whether they showed up
  • what revenue followed

Without that record, the story breaks apart between your ad platform, your booking system and your inbox. An ad can look “fine” in its own dashboard while its leads never book. We don't add another dashboard on top of your stack. We connect the tools you already use, so you can see exactly where interest stops turning into booked care.

The pages below

  • Medspa revenue attribution: what closed-loop attribution looks like for a medspa, and the four outcomes you can choose from.
  • The Signature Sprint: one revenue bottleneck, installed end to end in 30 days, with a metric that is live and reporting.
  • Free Revenue Blind Spot Report: start here. Tell us your website, ad spend range and booking tool, and we point to where the biggest leak is likely to be.

What we don't do

  • We don't run your ad campaigns. Attribution measures what happens after the click. Most agencies send traffic and stop there. We work on the gap between interest, booking, follow-up and revenue.
  • We don't promise revenue growth. The Sprint commits to a live, reporting metric for the outcome you choose. What that metric then shows is your business's result, not our promise.
  • We don't replace your whole stack. The work fits around the tools you already use. It is not a rip-and-replace.
  • We don't redesign your brand or give generic marketing advice. If that's what you need, this isn't the right engagement.
  • We don't sell you a fix you don't need. If the Report doesn't find a meaningful leak, we say so, and you shouldn't hire us.

How it starts

  1. Free Revenue Blind Spot Report. A short form: your website, monthly ad spend range, and how you track bookings today.
  2. Optional free 30-minute workflow review. We walk through the Report with you and help you pick the one outcome worth solving first.
  3. One outcome, installed. If there's a real leak, the Sprint installs one outcome (attribution, lead response, reactivation or founder follow-up) with a metric that is live by Day 30.

Find the leak before you buy the fix.

Start with the free Revenue Blind Spot Report. If there's a real problem, we'll show you where it is. If there isn't, you keep the clarity.

Questions owners ask about revenue attribution

What is revenue attribution, in plain terms?

It's knowing which marketing actually produced paying clients. Not which ad got clicks, but which lead source turned into a booked consult, a treatment and revenue. It needs records that follow each lead through every tool it touches, not one platform's report.

Isn't my ad platform's reporting enough?

Not for this question. An ad platform sees clicks and form fills. It can't see whether that lead was contacted quickly, booked, showed up or paid. That's how an underperforming ad can still look "fine" in-platform. Attribution joins the ad data to what happened afterward.

Which booking systems can you work with?

The Report asks how you track bookings today, whether that's a spreadsheet, Square, Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard or another platform. We confirm working access to the systems the outcome needs before scope is locked. We don't assume every system connects the same way.

Is attribution only for medspas?

The current offer is. The pages, the Report and the Sprint are built around how medspas get leads and book them. The problem itself (leads you can see, revenue you can't trace back) isn't specific to medspas. Other businesses can start with a free workflow review to see whether it applies.

What do I have to provide for attribution to work?

One clear outcome to focus on, a decision-maker who can approve things, working access to the systems involved, and someone on your team who can unblock approvals quickly. Without system access, there's nothing to connect.
