Can we switch outcomes mid-Sprint?

Only if the build hasn't materially progressed. Once implementation is underway, switching usually creates scope drift and delays. That's why we lock the outcome up front.

What is BizPilot Tier 2?

Tier 2 is the operating layer that keeps your installed workflow and reporting visible after the Sprint. It's the bridge between one-time implementation and ongoing clarity. Standard rate: $349/mo. Your Sprint includes 90 days.

What's the cancel policy?

Because the Sprint reserves implementation capacity, purchases are non-refundable once work begins. If timing changes before kickoff, we can reschedule once within a reasonable window.

What do you need from us to start?

One clear outcome, decision-maker access, working access to the required systems, and a team contact who can unblock approvals quickly.

Do I need to replace my current tools?
